a charming stay
kind staff excellent manager free ride
the staff was kind and professional.. the manager of the mexican restaurant welcomed me kindly. the cleaning staff was excellent and even fulfilled some of my requests. i appreciated the free boat ride. the rooms were beautifully furnished and had everything i needed.
the rooms, though nice, were a bit noisy.

the hotel provides a complimentary abra boat tour, a nice touch . shuttle buses to the mall of the emirates and dubai hills mall run several times daily. this allows convenient access to shopping and other attractions.

the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options and was close to the pool. this made it very convenient, especially with its own outdoor seating area. the mexican restaurant has a manager who is so friendly.

attentive staff available parking strange smell ironing board
The staff was very attentive. They cleaned efficiently and were always available when I needed a towel or extra water. Breakfast met my needs and the staff were open to special requests if possible. The WiFi worked even on the beach. Parking was consistently available.
The room was nice. on my second day, there was a strange smell. I do not know if it was drain problems or if the cleaner used a dirty mop. I told reception and they addressed it. The ironing board also needed maintenance. It was not working smoothly.

Wonderful stay!
delicious food beachfront area
I enjoyed the excellent Mexican restaurant within the hotel. The food was delicious and authentic. The hotel also boasts a lovely beachfront area. I found it perfect.
